We develop deep relationships with brokers, bankers, and others to facilitate deals to close as efficiently as possible. Once a person refers a deal to us, we enter into a contractual agreement with that person.
We will work strictly with that person on the deal, and we do not contact the client.
We also pay referral fees to that person for the deals that are closed, and the fees are paid at closing.
